The first is a Dodge 3/4 ton ambulance WW2/Korea era.

The second is a Jeep from the Korean and pre-Vietnam era.

No idea on the cannon.

The first one is definitely part of the Dodge M-37 family (post-WW2, entered service in the 1950s) but I can't find one with that integrated square bodywork. Possibly an attempt to recreate a WW2 era WC-64?

The second is not a US army jeep - not the WW2-era Willys, not a M-38, M151 or any other version. My guess is a civilian lookalike painted up

The cannon, I'm afraid, I have no idea. It is pretty distinctive though, so somebody here will know it
