Actually,Incom T-65 Space Superiority Fighter would be a more accurate response. :D

Actually he didn't really 'blow it up'.He deployed several proton torpedoes that caused catastophic damage to the main reactor upon impact resulting in the detonation of said Death Star!

Since torpedoes were involved I'll have a guess that he was flying a Curtiss Helldiver. An Avenger would be way too difficult to get that sort of pin point accuracy with even is it was Luke flying it. ;) :lol:
