Ok, easy question up first -

Name a national flag that does not include either red, white or blue.

Wouldn't Greenland just use the Danish flag?

Greenland has its own flag. But it is not that I'm asking. Next guess.

It's the flag of Åland, an autonomous province of Finland.

(It's not really fair to chose a province, whose name most people can't spell with their standard keyboard, is it? As a bit of vengeance, I've attached a flag just for you, Notmi  )

For the rest: Which current national flag has the most horizontal stripes?

Seborga, it has 18.

One question - where or what is Seborga?

I wouldn't call Seborga a nation. While it claims nationality, it is in all practical aspects a region in [country] (don't want to mess with Ricky's question ;)), and it is not recognised as a country by the UN.

The country I'm thinking of is one which I am certain you have all heard of.
