SS quiz

Postby Commando » Tue Apr 22, 2008 5:25 am

Hi all.

Thought I'd start an SS quiz.
Here is the first question:

How old was Heinrich Himmler when he was appointed SS-Reichfuhrer?

Unsure if this quiz has been abandoned but seeing how it has been dormant for over a month, and unsure if 32 was a correct answer, or whether i will ever find out, i will ask a new question and revive this thread...a very easy question so we can carry forward....How was the deathhead symbol differ on the SS Panzer unit from the SS Totenkopf symbol worn by members of Camp Guards or units???

Yes crossbones but yes a skull, can you state what was different on the skull from the SS Totenkompf design and you win the prize....er , no prize.....

I'll add a hint...this skull would be hard pressed to chew his food, or hold a cigarette in his mouth

blood type...SS trying to evade capture by posing as wehrmacht troops where soon discovered. i believe i have scene pics of captured German troops forced to roll up their sleeves by Russian captures...with this identifying tattoo, sending them off too captivity, while others might have been returned to Germany after the war...

A simple question, as mentioned in another thread....but why make a question needing a scholar to figure...here goes...

How was the German spy whom supplied polish uniforms to be used in the guise attack of a German radio station) as a reason for the German invasion of Poland planned by Reinhold Heydrich???

Christain has the right answer...but interesting to note the uniforms supplied for the guise of an attack on a german radio station by Polish soldiers had Polish uniforms supplied by the famous Oskar Schindler
