Bristol Blenheim had a turret, but this was a twin engine design, so probably wrong...the Henley was a close design to the hurricane but was designed as a bomber i think, the Hotspur was maybe the closet to a fighter....and what's with Hawker naming most planes with an H designation??

Is the format of this quiz similar to other sites where the correct answer member now asks a question???\

If so, an easy one...what type of single engine fighter carried an ordinance of 4000 pounds...the most for any single engine aircraft in WW2 using a modified bomb rack with a 2000 lb bomb and 2 1000 pound bomb under each wing??

Yes, that is the format.

And for that your question, there are two contenders in my mind. P-47 Thunderbolt and F-4U Corsair. I'll answer Corsair.

Judging by the name on the building in the back-ground, must be eastern European/soviet, I am lost one propellers are removed, bit pint scheme is something my kids would do, early Mig or Yak ..help...next...LOL
