In a way, yes!
As I've never seen it on a tank front (or rear) or on a pennant.
The Brigade was so short lived (both times) that perhaps it never got used in earnest.
But it was designed, and has appeared in books at least.

As I stated earlier, I have never seen one on a tank, or as a pennant, but the design exists.

At least the Tank museum admitted the existance of the 3rd Armoured Brigade, which is more than the Imperial War Museum did, when I looked into this a few years ago!
